MABHA JURNAL (Economics, Tourism, and Hotelier Journal) respects the intellectual property rights of authors and third parties.

Copyright Ownership

Authors retain the copyright to their articles and grant MABHA JURNAL the right of first publication. By submitting a manuscript, authors give the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, archive, and index the article in print and electronic formats.

Author Rights

Authors may deposit the published article in institutional repositories, share it on personal websites and academic networks, and reuse it in their own teaching and later works, provided that MABHA JURNAL is cited as the original place of publication.

Copyright Infringement

Suspected copyright violations will be handled in accordance with the journal's Plagiarism Policy and Retraction Policy. Copyright holders who believe their rights have been infringed may contact the Editorial Office at ejournal@mandalabhakti.ac.id.
